Land Use Submittals, Preapplication Conference Requests, Consultations & Building Permit Submittals

Due to the declared state of emergency, the Planning & Community Development (PCD) department is offering limited services. At this time, City Hall is closed to the public through March 20th.  However, staff is available via phone and/or email to assist you.  Thank you for your support and consideration during this time.

If you have an existing scheduled appointment with PCD, you will be contacted by a project manager.

Permit specialists, planners and building inspectors are available in-person for general questions, Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Staff is available by appointment only in the afternoon.  Permit submittal and consultation appointments may be made online for either a.m. or p.m. appointments.  All other types of appointments must be made directly with a staff member.
