Utility Payment Options

COBI Utility Billing Dates:


The City of Bainbridge Island bills utilities every other month. Each bill represents two (2) months of consumption. Billing is process the first week of each month and payment is due the last day of the month in which it is billed. Utility Billing is overseen by Finance & Administrative Services.

How To Set Up Your E-Billing Utility Account

  • ACH Automatic Debit - This draws the amount due on the 20th of the month it was billed. Submit a completed ACH Form tp start automatic debit.

  • Bill Payer - Most banks offer account holders the ability to set up electronic payments.  Talk with your bank for details. Customers should allow five days for processing.
  • Credit or Debit Card - Call 24 hours a day at (206) 521-5127.
Please Note: Using this 24-hour card payment option avoids transaction fee charges. Credit or debit card transactions made in person or over the phone with City Hall are subject to standard transaction fees.

Senior Citizen Discounts


If you are over age 62 and make less than $35,000 annually, you may qualify for our senior discount. The discount is 50% and also applies to low income disabled persons on our water and sewer system. Please call to request a form +1 (206) 780-8603  or download the form
 
You can also request one by writing a note on the bill stub you return with your monthly payment. For more information, refer to the back of your bill.
